To add or modify a Product:
1. In the RPM menu, click Suppliers and then click Wholesaler Products.
The Wholesaler Products screen is displayed.
2. Do one of the followings:
- To add a new Product, select Add New. Select a Supplier and then select OK.
- To modify an existing Product, select a Product and then select Edit.
The Wholesaler Product Details dialogue is displayed.
3. Enter the following information.

The UPI number of the Product.
This field is non-editable and its managed by RPM. |
| Description |
The description of the Product. |
| Product Number |
The Product number assigned by the Supplier. |
| Barcode |
The barcode of the Product. |
| Manufacturer |
The manufacturer of the Product. |
| Order Multiple |
The incremental value you must Order in. |
| Carton Size |
The number of retail units per box received from the Supplier. |
| Lock Carton Size |
This option will make the lock carton size read only and it stops the price update from changing this figure. |
| Department |
The Department of the Product. |
| Sub Department |
The sub-Department of the Product |
| TUN |
The Trade Unit Number (TUN) is a unique barcode of 14 digits used on the Product’s outer packaging, specifically for ordering a Product in large quantities. |
| TUN Quantity |
The quantity of unit within the outer packaging. |
| Recommended Markup |
The recommended markup suggested by the Supplier. |
| Recommended Retail |
The recommended retail price suggested by the Supplier. |
| GST Buy |
The percentage of GST applied for buying the Product. |
| GST Sell |
The percentage of GST applied for selling the Product. |
| Discontinued |
This option is selected if the Product is discontinued. |
| Price Breaks |
This option displays a varied unit price depending on the quantity of the Order. The larger the quantity the cheaper the unit price. |
4. Select OK to save the Product’s details.
The Product will be added to the list of Wholesaler Products.
