Creating Multiple Customers

The Create Multiple Customers option enables you to create multiple blank customer entries with a unique member code and a generic first name and surname.

To create multiple customers:

1. In the RPM menu, click Customers and then click All Customers.

The All Customers screen is displayed.

2. Select Tools and select Create Multiple Customers from the drop-down list.

The Create Multiple Customers dialogue is displayed.

3. Enter the following information.

Fields Descriptions
First Member Code The first member code of the sequence to begin with.
Last Member Code The last member code of the sequence. This field is auto generated once you specify the number of customers.
Number of Customers The number of customers.
First Name The first name for multiple customers. If you wish you can leave this field blank, it is not mandatory.
Surname The surname for multiple customers. This field is mandatory and if left blank will prompt a message Surname Left Blank.
Status The status of the customers whether Active, Deceased, Inactive or pre-active. It is recommended to set the status as pre-active until the account is ready to be utilised at the Store.

4. Select Create Customers.

Multiple customers will be created.
