Hourly Sales Report - Corum Health

The Hourly Sales report lets you view the sales volume throughout the day.

To generate the hourly sales report:

1. In the RPM menu, click Reports and then click Sales.

2. Select Hourly Sales.

The Hourly Sales Report screen is displayed.

3. Select the Zone and Store.

NOTE

To list the report of all the Stores and Zones leave all the filters empty.

4. Specific the Date Range.

5. Select one of the following Report Options:

Exclude Script Sales: This option displays the sales report excluding script sales data.
Show Average: This option displays the sales data showing an average. If this option is not selected than the data will be shown individually for each day.

6. Select View Report to view the report.

The Hourly Sales report will be generated.

Sample of Hourly Sales Report

The fields displayed in the sample report can vary depending on your selection. The items displayed have been described in the table below.

Columns	Descriptions
Time	The time representation of sales data.
Customer	The number of Customers served during the specified date range.
Items	The number of items sold during the specified date range.
Sales Ex GST	The amount on sales of the Product excluding GST in dollars.
GST	The amount of GST generated on the sales of the Product in dollars.
Ave Sales	The amount on the average sales of the Product in dollars.
Items Per Sales	The average number of items sold per sale during specified hour.
Customer % of total	The percentage of the total Customer during specified hours. This column enables you to view the time during the whole day is busiest.
