Medical

The Medical tab is used to maintain additional information about a patient. These include:

• Age
• Sex
• Allergies
• Medical conditions

Allergie and medical conditions are used when checking dispensed item suitability. The information saved here are also displayed in the Allergies & Conditions pane of the patient’s Reference Space

Depending on the information entered here the Drug Interactions pane of the Reference Space is also updated with warnings and drug interactions.
