Merge Duplicate Products

The Merging Duplicate Products menu enables you to merge duplicate products in Stock cards.

The Merge Duplicate Products screen is divided into three sections:

• Search Filters: The menu section has various search filter options for ease of searching the products to be merged.
  • You can choose Select All drop-down filter to Select All the products or Select All Items to Skip or Select All Items to Merge.
  • You can choose Filter By: drop-down filter to select the Product by Matching Names, Matching Barcodes, Exclude Merged or Exclude Missing.
• Products to Merge: The top section displays the Product information to assist in merging 1st UPI, 2nd UPI, Barcode, Name and the Merge Options, Skip, Merged, Missing Products and Merge.
• Suppliers Entries: The below section displays the list of Suppliers’ information such as Suppliers, PDE, Barcode and Description. You can view the list of All Suppliers Entries or Matching Suppliers Entries Only.
