Setting up Email Options

The Options menu enables you to add email settings so that emails can be sent to the customers.

To setup email options:

1. In the RPM menu, click Customers and then click All Customers.

The All Customers screen is displayed.

2. Select Tools and select Options from the drop-down list.

The Club Options dialogue is displayed.

3. Enter the following information.

Fields Descriptions
Member Code Width The number of digits in each member code.
E-mail Settings
E-Mail Server The e-mail mail server name as provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
User Name The user name as set by your ISP.
Password The password you use to log on to your e-mail.
E-Mail Address The e-mail address is a unique identifier for an e-mail account used to send the emails.
Display Name The senders name you wish to be displayed in the form when the recipient receives your e-mail.
Enable SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) The security feature that encrypts your e-mail. Only recommended if sending confidential e-mail.

4. Select OK to save the changes.

The e-mail option is added and can be used for sending and receiving e-mails.
