What integrations are available?
Clear Dispense integrates with LOTS POS, PBS Online Webservices, eRx, GuildLink, MedAdvisor, Modeus DD Book Desktop and Cloud, StrongRoom AI, DAA systems such as Omnicell and WebsterCare and all other common pharmacy POS systems.
What will happen with LOTS Dispense now that Clear Dispense is released?
LOTS Dispense will continue to be supported with updates to ensure the product continues to meet essential pharmacy needs.
What hardware and software do I need?

Does Clear Dispense offer the latest digital health integrations?
Clear Dispense is integrated with MyHR and MySL as well as the Health Identifier Service for efficient and accurate Electronic Prescription dispensing.
Can I retain my dispense history from my existing dispense system?
Yes. Between 2-4 years of historical data is transferred by the average pharmacy, although this depends on your daily script volumes. Please contact one of our friendly Corum Health representatives to discuss further if you have specific needs.
Can I trial Corum Clear Dispense?

Does Clear Dispense operate in the same way as my existing dispense system?
Clear Dispense has an optimised workflow in comparison to other dispense systems. For seamless transition, Clear Dispense provides the ability to switch between existing keyboard shortcuts modes and SIGs from other systems, enabling the user to work with familiar keystrokes and codes. These can be set globally or on a per user basis.
Does Clear Dispense use cloud-based infrastructure?
Clear Dispense is cloud ready, however in the near-term it will operate on premise. Other cloud based systems have proven that Australia’s internet infrastructure is inadequate to effectively operate a cloud-based transactional system in a fast-paced environment such as pharmacy.
