MFA is one of the eight essential strategies to mitigate cyber security incidents. Enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your email, social media and banking services is one of the most effective ways to protect against unauthorised access to your valuable information and accounts.
Corum recommends installing one of the MFA apps provided by Microsoft or Google to provide the one-time passcodes. Enrolling your email, Facebook and banking accounts into the authenticator is easy, and can be enabled without needing to ask for a third party to do it for you. Make sure you accept the option to save the emergency codes and store them securely. You can print them out and them locked away, so that you can still get into your account if you lose or misplace your phone.
