Zero-days are security flaws that the software vendor is unaware of and hasn’t yet patched. In some cases, this vulnerability may also have publicly available proof-of-concept exploits before a patch arrives or be actively exploited in the wild.
While these devices are not commonly used in pharmacy, Corum is aware that pharmacists use them for email, phone and other functions, and so should be upgraded to address the vulnerability.
If you are worried about the security of your pharmacy systems and want to know how you can manage vulnerabilities like this automatically, speak to your Customer Success Manager or contact us on 1300 669 865.
