The Duplicated Barcode report lists barcodes that are associated with more than one drug, along with the associated drug details. Drug details and barcode types (user or standard) are shown, to help determine any actions that might need to be taken (for example, correction of barcodes set incorrectly during script barcode scanning).
To view or print a list of duplicated barcodes:
From the main menu, choose Reports > Drug Reports.
You can also use All Reports.
The Reports screen is displayed.
In the list of drug reports, choose Duplicated Barcodes.
No criteria need to be set.
Choose Preview or Print.
TIP
To get rid of unwanted standard barcodes, use the Drug Details screen to change their status to Inactive. This is better than deleting them as it ensures they remain unused even after drug updates are run.
