The Users of Specific Drugs report lists scripts for specified drugs along with the relevant patient and prescriber details.
To view or print a report on users of specific drugs:
From the main menu, choose Reports → Drug Reports.
You can also use All Reports.
The Reports screen is displayed.
In the list of drug reports, choose Users of Specific Drugs.
Set the report criteria:
Under Script Dates, use From and To to set the date range to report on.
The date range defaults to the last complete month.
Under Script Numbers, use From and To to optionally restrict the report to a specific script number range.
To set the drugs to report on, click the + on the Drugs header, then select the required records.
To restrict the report to specific patients, click the + on the Patients header, then select the required records.
To restrict the report to specific prescribers, click the + on the Prescribers header, then select the required records.Under S100 Drugs, select how you would like the Section 100 status to be checked. You can choose from Don’t Care, Yes (Only), and No (Exclude).
The default is Don’t Care.
Choose Preview or Print.
