The Scripts with Memos report lists scripts with memos or notes recorded, whether added directly or to the relevant script batch during script barcode checking. Information on the script, patient and prescriber is included, along with all the memos or notes.
To view or print a report on scripts with memos:
In the list of script reports, choose Scripts with Memos.
Set the report criteria:
Under Script Dates, use From and To to set the date range to report on.
The date range defaults to the current day.
To restrict the report to scripts dispensed to patients in specific medical institutions, click the + on the Medical Institutions header, then select the required records.
To restrict the report to specific patients, click the + on the Patients header, then select the required records.
Choose Preview or Print.
