Profiles can be edited to delete specific drugs. Alternatively, the entire profile can be deleted.
Deleting a Drug #
To delete a drug from a profile:
- Choose the patient from the Patient drop-down box.
- Select the profile from the Profile History on the reference panel.
- Select the drug to be deleted from the Foil list.
- Right-click on the profile and select Delete selected medication from foil.
- Choose Yes to delete the drug.
Deleting a Profile #
To delete a profile:
- Choose the patient from the Patient drop-down box.
- Right-click on the profile in the Profile History box and select Delete profile.
- Choose Yes to delete the profile.
