To Our Customers: Please read if your PC is crashing when printing (SOLVED)
This issue can affect one or more PC’s running Windows 10 and using Kyocera KX variant drivers – it is caused by recent Windows 10 Security Hotfixes (KB #5000802 / #5000808 ) automatically processed by Microsoft
1. As of 24/03/21, Windows has released a software update that fixes this problem. Please download and install this software update to fix the blue screen issue and other printing issues related to Windows 10.

Please copy the link below, press “CTRL + T” to open a new tab in your browser, paste the link in the address bar and press enter, and the software update should begin to download.
NOTE: The first link below is for users on Windows 10 version 2004 or above (most users), if the first link does not work use the second link which is for users of Windows 10 version 1903 or higher.

TO DETERMINE WHAT VERSION OF WINDOWS 10 YOU ARE USING, YOU CAN PRESS “WINDOWS KEY” + “R”, then type “winver” into the Run box and press Enter.
