Installing Packman #


PACKMAN can be installed by an Amfac representative at the same time as other Amfac modules or it can be installed without assistance at a later stage.

Installation includes the transfer of records from DOS Webster and some other systems.

To install PACKMAN and all of its components on your computer, follow the installation instructions provided with the installation CD.

Removing Packman #

To completely remove PACKMAN and all of its components from your computer:
  • From the Start menu, select Settings then Control Panel.
  • Select the Add/Remove Programs icon in the Control Panel window.The Add/Remove Programs window is displayed.
  • Select PACKMAN from the list of programs.
  • Choose Add/Remove.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to remove the program.
    • Choose OK at the end of the remove process

Removing PACKMAN from your system can result in loss of patient profiles and data. PACKMAN should not be removed unless directed by your Amfac representative.
