Placing a sale on Hold

  1. To place a sale on hold press the ‘Abandon Sale’ button (as shown in Figure 1.7.1).

  2. Alternatively, you can press the [Esc] key located at the top left hand corner of the keyboard.
  3. You will be prompted to put the sale on hold, select the ‘Yes’ button to continue (as shown in Figure 1.7.2).
