The Balances menu enables you to view the detailed balance report of a customer’s account.
To generate account balance report:
1. In the RPM menu, click Report and then click Accounts.
2. Select Balances.
The Account Balances screen is displayed.
3. Select one of the option:
- Only show accounts with a non-zero balance: This option will show the balance report of accounts with non-zero balance.
- Account Class: This option displays the balance report of accounts within the selected account class. Select the appropriate class from the drop-down list.
4. Select View Report to view the report.
The Balance report will be generated.
Sample of Balance Report
The fields displayed in the sample report can vary depending on your selection. The items displayed have been described in the table below.
Columns | Descriptions |

Account# | The unique account number of the Customer. |
Account Name | The name of the account holder. |
Account Class | The name of the account class such as work cover, staff discount, etc. |
Address | The address of the account holder. |
Balance | The current available balance in the account, calculated as: Period 1+Period 2+Period 3+Sold/Jrl-Received |
Period 3 | The amount outstanding for three months. |
Period 2 | The amount outstanding for two months. |
Period 1 | The amount outstanding for one month. |
Sold/Jrl | The amount sold in the current period. |
Received | This is the amount paid on the account in the current period. |
