The Membership Types option enables you to add or modify the membership type for the customers.
To add or edit the membership type:
1. In the RPM menu, click Customers and then click All Customers.
The All Customers screen is displayed.
2. Select Edit Options and then select the Membership Types.
The Membership Types dialogue is displayed.
3. Do one of the following:
- To add a new membership type, select New.
- To edit an existing membership type, select Edit.
The Edit Membership Type dialogue is displayed.
4. Enter the following information.

Description | The description of the Membership Type. |
Fee $ | The Membership fee in dollars. |
Membership Valid For | |
12 Months Ending | The membership will be valid for the same time every year, regardless of the date the customer joined. The date will be in the format: DDMM. |
Number of Months | The membership will be valid for the number of months specified from the date the customer joined. |
Product for Payment | The Stock Card that can be associated to the membership type. Use Select Products to select the Stock Cards and Clear Products to clear the field. |
5. Select OK to save the changes.
The new membership type is created and added to the list.
