The Merge Other Customers option enables you to merge the other customers that are not under the duplicate customer list.
To merge other customers:
1. In the RPM menu, click Customers and then click All Customers.
The All Customers screen is displayed.
2. Select Tools and select Merge Customers from the drop-down list.
The Merge Customer screen is displayed.
3. Select Merge Other Customers. The Merge Customers dialogue is displayed.
The Merge Customers dialogue is divided into two sections:
- Customer to Retain: The top section enables you to select the customer from the list of customers to be merged and retained.
- Customer to Merge: The bottom section enables you to select the customer from the list of customers to be merged and will be deleted from the list.
4. To select customer to retain and merge, select Customer.
The All Customers screen is displayed.
5. Select the customer from the list. You can also use Search Filters to select the customer.
6. Select OK and view the customer to retain and customer to merge.
7. Select Merge.
The customer will be merged and deleted from the list of customer to merge in the database.
