In the RPM application, users can be provided with various security levels and permissions to access sensitive user data as well as certain system features.
To add the security levels and permissions:
1. In the RPM menu, click Options and then click Security.
2. On the Security screen, select Security Levels.
The Security Levels dialogue is displayed
3. Select Add New to add a new security level.
The Add New Security Level dialogue is displayed.
4. Enter the name of the New Security Level and select OK.
The new security level will be added in the Security Level list. You can now add security permissions.
5. On the Security Levels dialogue, select Permissions.
NOTE
If you want to set the permission later, you can do that by clicking Permissions on the Security screen.
The Security Level Permissions dialogue is displayed.
6. Select the specific permissions from the Permissions list.
OR
Select Select/Unselect All Permissions to set all the permissions.
7. Select Save to save the permissions.
The new security level is created with the new security permissions.
