To load duplicate products to merge:
1. In the RPM menu, click Product File Management and then click Product Maintenance.
2. Select Merge Duplicate Products. The Merge Duplicate Products screen is displayed.
3. Select Load Products to Merge. The Merge Selection dialogue is displayed.
4. Select any of the following .

| Merge File | The option allows you to browse a file. The first column of file is the UPI of the Product you wish to keep and the second column is the UPI of the Product you wish to merge. |
| Duplicate PDE and Barcode | The option allows you to display all the products with same PDE, Barcode and Supplier. |
| Duplicate Name and PDE | The option allows you to display all the products with same Product Name, PDE and Supplier. |
| Duplicate Product Name (for Non-Corum UPIs) | The option allows you to display all the products having duplicate Product name and Non Corum UPIs. |
| Duplicate PDE | The option allows you to display all the products with same PDE and Supplier. |
| Duplicate Product Name (for Corum UPIs) | The option allows you to display all the products with the same Product name and Corum UPIs |
| Duplicate Name and Barcode | The option allows you to display all the products with same Product Name and Barcode. |
| XML Merge File | The option allows you to browse an XML file. This Merge file is provided by Corum to merge items that were duplicated in the Content database. The Merge direction has been established by Corum Content. Duplicated Products that are Available will be displayed. The first column of the file is the UPI of the Product you wish to keep and the second column is the UPI of the Product you wish to merge. |
5. Select Maximum Rows you wish to show, by default 1000 is selected.
6. Select Include Missing Products or Exclude Missing Products to include or exclude missing (deleted) products from the list to be loaded.
7. Select OK to continue.
The duplicate products are displayed on the Merge Duplicate Products screen.
