The Create Multiple Customers option enables you to create multiple blank customer entries with a unique member code and a generic first name and surname.
To create multiple customers:
1. In the RPM menu, click Customers and then click All Customers.
The All Customers screen is displayed.
2. Select Tools and select Create Multiple Customers from the drop-down list.
The Create Multiple Customers dialogue is displayed.
3. Enter the following information.
Fields | Descriptions |

First Member Code | The first member code of the sequence to begin with. |
Last Member Code | The last member code of the sequence. This field is auto generated once you specify the number of customers. |
Number of Customers | The number of customers. |
First Name | The first name for multiple customers. If you wish you can leave this field blank, it is not mandatory. |
Surname | The surname for multiple customers. This field is mandatory and if left blank will prompt a message Surname Left Blank. |
Status | The status of the customers whether Active, Deceased, Inactive or pre-active. It is recommended to set the status as pre-active until the account is ready to be utilised at the Store. |
4. Select Create Customers.
Multiple customers will be created.
