Products that are made available will be managed by RPM, and visible in Product Defaults. These products will also be transferred to Stores in the Export Product transfer.
To make Products available:
1. In the RPM menu, click Supplier and then click Wholesaler Products.
The Wholesaler Products screen is displayed.
2. Select one or more Not Available Products from the Product list.
NOTE
The filters can be used to narrow down the Product list, including the Available: Non Available Products filter.
3. Select Make Available. The Make Selected Products Available dialogue is displayed.
4. Select Yes to confirm.
If you try to make available a Product that has the same barcode as a currently available Product then the following dialogue is displayed.
5. To remove the barcode of this new Product, select Remove Barcode from Existing Product.
TIP
You can also select Tick and Un-tick from the screen’s menus.
6. Select OK to save the changes.
The products will be made available.
