The Vouchers option allows you to add, edit or delete the vouchers that can be issued later to the customers based on the points earned.
To add or edit vouchers:
1. In the RPM menu, click Customers and then click All Customers.
The All Customers screen is displayed.
2. Select Edit Options and then select Vouchers from the drop-down list.
The Edit Vouchers dialogue is displayed.
3. Select New or select Rename.
The Add New Voucher dialogue is displayed.
4. Enter the voucher description.
5. Select OK.
The new voucher is created and added to the list of Edit Vouchers in the Vouchers menu.
