The RPM Menus can be accessed from the top of the product screen. It can be used to launch the modules and also includes the following general access menus that are available in RPM.
File
The File menu can be accessed from any of the screens that you are on in the RPM application.
To access the File menu, click File on the top menu bar.
The list of menu items accessible from the File menu include:
- Log Off: This option will log you out from the RPM application.
- Close All: This option will close all the menus open in the RPM application.
- Exit: This option will exit from the RPM application, however, it will be running in the background.
Windows
The Windows menu can be accessed from any of the screens that you are on in the RPM application. This menu gives you easy access to navigate to the inactive menus or go to the menus that are running in the background.
To access the Windows menu, click Windows on the top menu bar.
The list of menu items accessible from the Windows menu include:
- Arrange Icons/Cascade, Maximize/Minimize all, Tile Horizontal/Vertical options, and so on. These help you to arrange the view of the screens or Windows that you are working on.
- Show Main Menu or Main Menu will take you to the RPM Homepage.
- The menus listed under Show Main Menu are the modules that are open in the RPM application. Select any of them to switch between the modules.
Help
The Help menu in RPM lets you view information About RPM and access the Online Help.
To access the Help menu, click Help on the top menu bar.
The list of menu items accessible from the Help menu include:
- About RPM: This option lets you view the RPM product version.
- Online Help: This option lets you access the RPM Online Help.
