The Different Voucher for Each Level option enables you to issue different type of vouchers to the customers based on the points accumulated.
To issue different voucher for each level:
1. In the RPM menu, click Customers and then click All Customers.
The All Customers screen is displayed.
2. Select Issue Vouchers. The Issue Vouchers dialogue is displayed.
3. Select Different Voucher for each level, enter Trigger amount and select Next.
4. Select the vouchers from Available Vouchers to Voucher(s) to issue in ascending Order and then select Next.
TIP
If you wish to edit the points, double click on Points, Enter Trigger Points and select OK. The new point will be displayed on the Voucher(s) to issue list.
5. Select the filters to be applied to customers and then select Next.
There are many filter options based on personal details, user defined details and transaction details. If you wish not to apply filters to customer, then all the customers that has reached the minimum triggered value will be displayed.
6. Review the vouchers and customers details and then select Next.
NOTE
In this type of allocation, only one voucher is allocated at a time no matter how many points the customer has accumulated.
7. Select Export Mailing List or Print List of Customers to export or print the list.
8. Select Finish to save changes.
The customers issued vouchers will be exported or printed.
