To undo merged customers:
1. In the RPM menu, click Customers and then click All Customers.
The All Customers screen is displayed.
2. Select Tools and select Merged Customers from the drop-down list.
The Merged Customers screen is displayed.
3. Select Edit drop-down list and select Undo Merges.
The Undo Merged Customers screen is displayed.
4. Select the customer you wish to undo merge and restore in the database.
5. Select Undo Merge to proceed with undo merge.
6. On the confirmation message, select Yes.
The customer will be restored in the database.
