To merge duplicate products:
1. In the RPM menu, click Product File Management and then click Product Maintenance.
2. Select Merge Duplicate Products. The Merge Duplicate Products screen is displayed.
3. Select Load Products to Merge.
4. Use Search Filters section to filter the products you wish to merge.
5. Select the Product you wish to merge or skip using Merge or Skip check box .
OR
Right-click on the Product to display the Merge menu.
The merged products row will become Peach colour and the skipped products will be Red colour.
6. Select Merge Products to continue with merge.
All the products selected to Merge will be removed from the Product list.
NOTE
If you wish to undo merged duplicate products, then you can select Tools and then select Undo Merge. For more information, refer to Undo Merged Product.
