The Corum Sub Department menu in RPM lets you link Corum Department and Sub Department to the user defined Department and Sub Department.
When the Supplier price update contains new products, it will automatically be assigned to Corum Department and Sub Department. If you link user defined Department and Sub Department to Corum defined Department and Sub Department then the products will also be assigned automatically to user defined Department and Sub Department.
To link Corum sub departments:
1. In the RPM menu, click Product File Management and then click Corum Sub Departments.
The Corum Department/Sub Department List screen is displayed.
1. The following columns are displayed.
| Columns | Descriptions |

| Number | The Department or Sub Department’s identification number. The first four digits are the Department ID and second four digits are the Sub Department ID. |
| Corum Department | The Corum defined Department. |
| Corum Sub Department | The Corum defined Sub Department. |
| Linked Department | The user defined Department you wish to link to the Corum Department. |
| Linked Sub Department | The user defined Sub Department you wish to link to the Corum Sub Department. |
2. Select Link to Sub Department.
The Link Corum Sub Department to dialogue is displayed.
3. Select Department Name and Sub Department Name. You can also use filter to select the names of Department and Sub Department.
4. Select OK to save the changes.
The selected Department and Sub Department will be linked to Corum Department and Sub Department and added to the Corum Department/Sub Department List.
