The 12 Month History enables you to view the sales figures for a 12 month period.
To generate 12 Month History report:
1. In the RPM menu, click Reports and then click 12 Month History.
The 12 Month History Report screen is displayed.
2. Select the required filters.
3. Select the appropriate Report Type.
4. Select one of the Report Options.
- Unit Sold: This option enables you to display the number of times the Product is sold during the defined date range.
- $ Sales: This option enables you to display the accumulated retail sales in dollar during the defined date range.
5. Select View Report to view the report.
The 12 Month History report will be generated.
Sample of 12 Month History Report
The fields displayed in the sample report can vary depending on your selection. The items displayed have been described in the table below.

Supplier Code | The supplier code of the Product. |
Product | The name of the Product. |
Store | The name of the Store. This enables you to compare the sales of Stores. |
SOH | The number of stock on hand. |
Months | The 12 months from the beginning to the end within the defined range. |
Total | The total over the 12 month period. |
