The Pricing Report enables you to view the list of all the Pricing and Rounding Rules which you have configured in the system.
To generate pricing report:
1. In the RPM menu, click Reports and then click Pricing Report.
The Pricing Report screen is displayed.
2. Select one of the following options:
- Pricing: This option displays the report on pricing type of the Products.
- Rounding: This option displays the report on rounding type of the Products.
3. Select orientation of the report, either Landscape or Portrait.
4. Select View Report to view the report.
The Pricing report will be generated.
Sample of Pricing Report
The fields displayed in the sample report can vary depending on your selection. The items displayed have been described in the table below.

UPI | The UPI number of the Products. |
Sup Code | The supplier code of the Products. |
Prod Desc | The description of the Products. |
Pricing | The pricing level of the Products. |
Base Price | The base price of the Products. The actual value of the product depends on the price setting applied to the products at the time the last price change was accepted, i.e. Price 1 to Price 5. |
Markup (%) | The percentage markup of the product excluding GST, calculated as: (Retail−List Cost)/List Cost |
Rounding | The rounding rule of the Product. |
Retail | The retail price of the Product calculated as: Base Price × Markup. Apply the rounding rule to the result calculated. |
