You can add a Zone and then use the existing Zone data to clone the Zone.
1. In the RPM menu, click Defaults and then click Zone.
The Zone Management screen is displayed.
2. Select the required Zone from the left pane.
3. Do one of the following:
- To add a new Zone, select Add New.
The Add New Zone dialogue is displayed.
Or;
- To clone an existing Zone, select Clone Zone.
The Clone Zone dialogue is displayed.

| Pricing Supplier | The Supplier that determines the Product list/base pricing. The options in the drop-down list are populated based on suppliers supplying the selected Product. For more information, refer to Supplier Details. | ||
| Preferred Supplier | The preferred Supplier for the Zone. The options in the drop-down list are populated based on suppliers supplying the selected Product. For more information, refer to Supplier Details | ||
| RRP Supplier | The Supplier from whom the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) originated. You can manually enter an RRP value, if you wish. | ||
| Discount ($ or %) | The amount or percentage of discount applied to the Product. This discount will be applied via LOTS POS. By default, the discount is defined as the dollar.

| Club Points | The amount of club points allocated per dollar when the Product is sold in the Zone. | ||
| Markup% | The percentage markup used to obtain the retail price for the selected Zone. | ||
| Fixed Retail | The fixed retail value in dollars. This field will be implemented only if the pricing policy is set to Fixed Retail. | ||
| Min Stock on Hand | The minimum stock level held by Stores within the selected Zone This information will be sent to Stores assisting in the ordering process. | ||
| Min Order Qty | The minimum Order quantity when ordering from the preferred Supplier. | ||
| POS Message | The desired POS message to appear on the register when the Product is sold. |
6. Select Save, to save the changes.
A Zone is created and added to the list of Zones in the Defaults menu.
