To add or modify the Multi-Buy/Bonus Buy:
1. In the RPM menu, click Product File Management and then click Multi Buys.
The Multi-Buys screen is displayed.
2. Do one of the following:
- To add a new multi buy, select New Multi-Buy.
- To edit an existing multi buy, select the multi buy from the list.
The Details section is activated.
3. Enter the following information.

| Multi-Buy Name | The name of the Multi-Buy or Bonus Buy. |
| Message to Staff | The message that you want to be displayed to the staff at the LOTS. |
| Start Date | The start date of the Multi-Buy or Bonus Buy. |
| Finish Date | The finish or the end date of the Multi-Buy or Bonus Buy. |
| Suspended | This check box allows you to suspend or resume the Multi-Buy or Bonus Buy. |
| Finalised | This check box allows you to finalise the Multi-Buy or Bonus Buys |
| Max Occurrences Per Sale | The maximum amount of occurrences allowed per sale. |
| Stores | The Stores to be included in the Multi-Buy or Bonus Buy |
| Multi-Buy Type | The type of Multi-Buys. The options are: Multi-Buy or Bonus Buy |
4. To add products in the Bonus Products section, follow the below steps.
a. Select Add Products.
b. On the Select Products dialogue, select the Product(s) from the list and then select OK.
c. The Default Value dialogue is displayed.
d. Enter the Bonus Quantity.
e. This is the number of Product that must be purchase before the discount is applied.
f. Select Save Changes to save the changes.
5. To add products in the Trigger Products section, follow the below steps;
NOTE
In case of Bonus Buy type, you must set the Trigger Products.
a. Select Add Products.
b. On the Select Products dialogue, select the Product(s) from the list.
This is the product(s) that must be purchased in order to trigger Bonus-Buy promotion.
c. Enter the Trigger Quantity in the Trigger Products section.
This is to be purchased before the Bonus-Buy promotion is activated.
The Multi-Buy or Bonus Buy will be created and added to the list.
