1. In the RPM menu, click Defaults and then click Department/Sub Department.
The Department/Sub Department screen is displayed.
2. From Department/Sub Department drop-down list, select Add New Department.
TIP
You can also choose Add New Department by clicking anywhere on the left panel and then right-click.
The Add New Department dialogue is displayed.
3. Enter the new Department name and select OK.
The new Department is added to the Department list.
