The Delete Products menu enables you to delete the products with no sales history from the database.
To delete the products:
In the RPM menu, click Product File Management and then click Product Maintenance.
2. Select Delete Products. The Delete Products dialogue is displayed.
Select the appropriate information.

| RPM UPIs Only | This option deletes only those products which contains 7 digit UPI number created in RPM. | ||
| The Product Number is blank for all suppliers | This option deletes the products with no Product number for any of the suppliers. | ||
| No barcodes attached | This option deletes the products with no barcode. | ||
| Created Before | This option enables you to specify a date prior to the products being created. Products that have been created after the specified date will remain, and products created prior to the selected date will be deleted.

4. Select Preview to see the products that will be deleted.
NOTE
It is recommended to always preview, before deleting the products.
5. After viewing the Product, select OK to delete the selected products.
The Deletion dialogue is displayed.
The selected products will be deleted from the database.
