The Generating Store Data option lets you generate and transfer auto special data files down to the Stores.
To generate Store data:
1. In the RPM menu, click Product File Management and then click Auto Specials.
The Auto Special screen is displayed.
2. Select the Auto Special Name from the drop-down list.
By default Display All Stores is selected in the left pane and the list of all the products are displayed.
3. To include expired Auto Special, select Include Expired.
4. Select Generate Store Data.
5. On the Confirmation message, select OK.
The data file will be transferred to the Stores, where the auto specials can be added automatically.
