To add or edit family members:
1. In the RPM menu, click Customers and then click All Customers.
The All Customers screen is displayed.
2. Do one of the following:
- To add a new customer, select New Customer.
- To modify an existing customer, select the customer and then select Edit.
The Customer Details screen is displayed.
3. On the Details tab, select Add To Family.
The Loyalty Customers dialogue is displayed.
4. Search or select the member(s) from the existing list.
5. Select OK to save the changes.
The family members of the customer will be updated in the Family section.
NOTE
If you want to set the family member as the head, then select Set Family Head. You can remove the family member, by selecting it and then select Remove.
