The Exception Pricing Report lets you identify all the Products whose prices are controlled by Exception Pricing. For more information, refer to Exception Pricing.
To generate the exception pricing report:
1. In the RPM menu, click Reports and then click Exception Pricing Report.
The Exception Pricing Report screen is displayed.
2. Select one of the following option:
- Name: This option enables you to select past or current exception pricing by name.
- Date Range: This option enables you to view the report based on every product over a specific date range.
- Product: This option enables you to view the report based on selected product.
3. To sort the report column, use Sort Order options.
You can move the columns upward and downward, remove the columns or refresh to the default sorting order.
4. Select View Report to view the report.
The Exception Pricing report will be generated.

The fields displayed in the sample report can vary depending on your selection. The items displayed have been described in the table below.

Exception Pricing Name | The name of a specific Exception Pricing group of products. |
Zone Name | The name of the Zone where exception pricing Stores are active. |
Store Name | The name of the Store where the exception pricing Products are active. |
Description | The description of the exception pricing Products. |
UPI | The UPI of the exception pricing Products. |
Supplier Code | The supplier code of the Products. |
Start Date | The start date of exception pricing. |
End Date | The end date of exception pricing. |
Original Retail | The original retail price of exception pricing items. |
Promo Retail | The retail price of exception pricing Products. |
Special Cost | The special cost set for the Products during exception pricing period. |
Max Qty | The maximum number of Products sold per Store before exception pricing revert to original Product. |
Allow Discount | The column displays true if discount is allowed else displays false if discount is not allowed. |
POS Message | The POS messages is displayed when the exception pricing Product is sold. |
