The Event Log Report can be used to view the detailed information about events such as transfers, price files and other activities that occur in RPM. This report helps to diagnose technical issues by Corum Support.
To generate the event log report:
1. In the RPM menu, click Reports and then click Event Log Report.
The Event Log Report screen is displayed.
2. Select the following information:
Fields | Descriptions |
---|---|
Start Date | The start date of the event. |
End Date | The end date of the event. |
Workstation | The workstation where the event has occured. |
User | The user in the RPM system. |
Category | The category of the event whether General, Transfer File, Transfer Tasks or those in (all) category. |
Type | The type of event. |
The Event Log report will be generated.
