The View Transaction option enables you to select the customers from All Customer screen and view the transactions for a specified date range.
To view transactions:
1. In the RPM menu, click Customers and then click All Customers.
The All Customers screen is displayed.
2. Select the customer(s) from the list and select View Transactions.
The View Customer Transactions dialogue is displayed.
3. Select State Date and End Date. By default the past 12 months transactions are referred.
4. To include all the family members linked to the customer, select Include Family Members.
Or
To view club transactions only, select Club Transactions Only.
5. Select OK to view the transactions.
The Customer Transactions is displayed.
