The Multiple of Same Voucher option enables you to issue the same voucher multiple times when the specified points are accumulated..
To issue multiple of same voucher:
1. In the RPM menu, click Customers and then click All Customers.
The All Customers screen is displayed.
2. Select Issue Vouchers. The Issue Vouchers dialogue is displayed.
3. Select Multiples of same vouchers, enter Trigger amount and then select Next.
NOTE
Trigger amount is the amount of points you wish to set to issue vouchers. If you wish to issue a voucher to the customers that have accumulated 100 points, you would need to set the Trigger value to 100.
4. Select the voucher from Available Vouchers to Voucher(s) to Issue and then select Next.
5. Select filters to be applied to customers and then select Next.
There are many filter options based on personal details, user defined details and transaction details. If you do not wish to apply filters to customer, then all the customers that have reached the minimum triggered value will be displayed.
6. Review the vouchers and customers details and then select Next.
7. Select Export Mailing List or Print List of Customers to export or print the list.
8. Select Finish to save the changes.
The customers issued vouchers will be exported or printed.
