The Head Office Settings menu enables you to configure the general, account or print statement related options for each Zone.
Configure General Options
The General Options tab lets you configure which Zone’s Pricing Supplier is to be used in reports to display PartCode.
To configure the general options:
1. In the RPM menu, click Options and then click Head Office Settings.
2. On the General screen, select the Zone Pricing Supplier from the drop-down list.
3. Click Save to save the settings.
The general options is set and you can move on to the Statement tab.
Configuring the Statement Options
The Statement tab lets you set specific options for aging accounts and printing statements.
To configure the statement options:
1. On the Statement screen, select the appropriate options from the following.

| Always print statement that contain transactions | Use this option to print statements for all customer transactions. |
| Identify individual customers on statement | Use this option to print statements for individual customers that are associated with that account. |
| Display drug name for prescriptions | Use this option to print the name of drugs to the script numbers. |
| Display edited scripts | Use this option to print the edited scripts on the statement. |
| Display zero charge items | Use this option to print the scripts that were charged at zero dollars. |
| Age account by class | Use this option to age accounts by account class. |
| Cut of date for aging | Use this option to age the accounts at today’s current date or at the end of the previous month. |
| Display discounts as | Use this option to show discounts on the statement as a dollar amount or as a percentage amount. |
| Minimum balance for printing statements | Use this option to set the minimum balance to print the account statement. The account statements below this set amount will not be printed. |
| Statement Paper Type | Use this option to set the type of statement paper that you print on – blank or pre-printed. |
2. Select Save to save the changes.The Head Office options will be saved.
