The Options menu enables you to add email settings so that emails can be sent to the customers.
To setup email options:
1. In the RPM menu, click Customers and then click All Customers.
The All Customers screen is displayed.
2. Select Tools and select Options from the drop-down list.
The Club Options dialogue is displayed.
3. Enter the following information.

Member Code Width | The number of digits in each member code. |

E-Mail Server | The e-mail mail server name as provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). |
User Name | The user name as set by your ISP. |
Password | The password you use to log on to your e-mail. |
E-Mail Address | The e-mail address is a unique identifier for an e-mail account used to send the emails. |
Display Name | The senders name you wish to be displayed in the form when the recipient receives your e-mail. |
Enable SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) | The security feature that encrypts your e-mail. Only recommended if sending confidential e-mail. |
4. Select OK to save the changes.
The e-mail option is added and can be used for sending and receiving e-mails.
