The Stores Online menu lets you view which LOTS Stores are currently online and able to perform data transfers with the Head Office. It displays the Store Name and Store ID, and it also displays the last time the Store checked into the Head Office.
The Stores Online menu can be accessed by clicking on the circle located at the bottom right-hand corner of the RPM Main Menu. The circle can be one of three colours:
- Red: This means that all the Stores are off-line.
- Orange: This means that one or more Stores are online, and one or more Stores are off-line.
- Green: This means that all the Stores are online.
NOTE
All Stores should check-in to the Head Office every 10 minutes. A Store is defined as off-line if it has not checked-in to the Head Office in the last 30 minutes.
