The Zone menu lets you set up different zones in RPM which represent a potentially different pricing point. You must first set a Default Zone and then you can set up different Zones within the Default Zone.
The Default Zone must contain all the required configuration like pricing, discounts, mark up values, etc. This changes every Stock Card; unless the Stock Card is changed at one of the other levels.
