1. In the RPM menu, click Options and then click Security.
The Security screen is displayed.
2. On the Security screen, do one of the following:
The Add/Edit Users dialogue is displayed.
3. Enter the following details:
| Option | Description |

| User Name | The name of the user. |
| User Password | The password for the user name. |
| Security Level | Set the security level permission for the user. You can add permission levels as a User or an Administrator. |
| Change Password | Set the change password option to allows the user to set their password the next time they log on. |
| Effective Date | Set the date when the user becomes active to access the RPM application. |
| Expiry Date | Set the date when the user becomes inactive or can no longer access the RPM application. If the user is a temporary member, then you must set this field, else it can be left blank. |
| Comments | The additional information, if required. |
4. Select Save to save the user.
The user is saved in the User List.
