The Sales Performance Report enables you to evaluate revenue and overall sales within a defined time period.
To generate sales performance report:
1. In the RPM menu, click Reports and then click Sales.
2. Select Sales Performance.
The Sales Performance screen is displayed.
3. Select the required filters.
4. Select the appropriate Report Type.
5. Select one of the following Report Period:
- Total: The performance of the total sales of the product within the defined time period.
- Daily: The performance of the total sales for each day within the defined time period.
- Weekly: The performance of total sales for each week individually within the defined time period.
- Monthly: The performance of total sales for each month individually within the defined time period.
6. Select the other required filters.
7. Select View Report to view the report.
The Sales Performance report will be generated.

Unit Sales | The total unit sales of the item this year and last year and the variance between the two years. |
Gross Sales | The total sales of the item this year and last year and the variance between the two years. |
Gross Profit | The gross profit generated by the items for this year and last year and the variance between the two years, calculated as: |
