The Customer Analysis report lets you view a report of Customers to analyse their purchases. This enables you to target customers with specific promotions.
To generate a customer analysis report:
1. In the RPM menu, click Reports and then click Customers.
2. Select Customer Analysis.
The Customer Analysis Report screen is displayed with the following tabs.
a. Customer Filters: The Customer Filters tab enables you to analyse the Customer report according to the specific criteria you have entered. These fields will be accurate only if they were set in Customer Details screen. The Customer Filters tab displays the following information:
b. User Defined Fields: The User Defined Fields are initially defined in the Customer Details screen. These fields may come in handy when filtering the Customers report.
c. Transaction Filters: The Transaction Filters enables you to filter the Zone, Store, Department, Sub Department, Manufacturer, and Supplier.
3. To add the Customer to tag group, select Add to Tag and enter the name of tagged group.
4. Select View Report to view the report.
The Customer Analysis report will be generated.

The fields displayed in the sample report can vary depending on your selection. The items displayed have been described in the table below.

Address2 | The other address of the Customer. |
Suburb | The suburb of the Customer. |
Postcode | The postcode of the Customer’s suburb. |
The E-mail address of the Customer. | |
Birthdate | The birthdate of the Customer. |
Current Points | The number of remaining points. Most of the Pharmacies allow the accumulated points to be redeemed for Stores credit, gifts, discounts, etc. |
