1. In the RPM menu, click Defaults and then click Department/Sub Department.
2. Select the Department to which you wish to add the Sub Department.
3. From Department/Sub Department drop-down list, select Add New Sub Department.
TIP
You can also choose Add New Sub Department by clicking anywhere on the left panel and then right-click.
The Add New Sub Department dialogue is displayed.
4. Enter the new Sub Department name and select the appropriate Department.
5. Select Add, to add the Sub Department.
The Sub Department is added under the selected Department.
