To adjust customer’s club points:
1. In the RPM menu, click Customers and then click All Customers.
The All Customers screen is displayed.
2. Select the customer whose club points you want to adjust and then select Edit.
The Customer Details screen is displayed.
3. On the Details tab, select Edit Points.
The Adjust Club Points dialogue is displayed.
Enter the amount of points and the reason for adjustments.
The Previous Adjustments column headings are defined below:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Date | Denotes the date and time when the points were changed. |
Points Before | The amount of points the customer had before the adjustment. |
Adjustment (+/-) | The total adjustment of points. |
Reason | The reason why the points were adjusted. |
5. Select OK to save the changes.
The customer’s club points will be updated in the Details tab.
